2. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting and/or purchasing from the Site you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By using the Site you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into a contract.

4. Products, pricing and availability

We try to display product descriptions, images and prices as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that descriptions, photographs, or other content of the Site are error-free. Colours, finishes and dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and screen calibration. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is selected, and may be changed without prior notice. Promotions and discounts are valid only for the period and on the conditions stated.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory shortages. If we cancel your order, we will refund any amount already charged.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. EU and UK consumers retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in addition to our voluntary 30-day return window.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, our brand, logos, product names, photography and content are owned by Ecomland LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with normal browsing.

8. User content

If you submit content to the Site (such as a review, comment, or photo), you grant Spotlight a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify and display that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to harm minors, to transmit malware, to scrape or copy content in violation of these Terms, or to attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Site.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spotlight disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Spotlight, its officers, employees or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spotlight from any claim or demand made by a third party arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spotlight regarding the Service.

15. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
